Moacut Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

Axis IX provides Moacut, a photo and video collage app. This policy distinguishes media edited on your device from information processed by advertising services.

1. Photos, videos and permissions

Moacut does not require an account. Selected photos and videos, editing settings and personal templates are processed on your device. The app does not upload your editing media to an editing server or provide it to advertising services.

Photo or media access is used to import files and save results. Camera access is optional and is used when you choose to take a photo. Denying permission can limit the corresponding feature.

2. Rewarded advertising

Google AdMob may process identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. This processing is separate from your editing media. Advertising requires a network connection.

3. Advertising privacy choices

Where required, Google’s consent interface is used to collect privacy choices before advertising. When the SDK requires a privacy options entry, it appears in the app information screen. You can revisit those choices there and manage the advertising ID in your device settings.

4. Storage and deletion

Personal templates remain in local app storage until you delete them or clear the app’s data. Removing the app removes its private app data. Collages you have exported to your gallery remain there until you delete them separately. Google’s retention and deletion practices are described in its own privacy policies; we do not assign a fixed retention period to Google’s data.

5. Service providers and sharing

Google provides advertising and consent services. Its processing and any international transfers are governed by its privacy policies and applicable choices. If you choose to share an exported collage, the receiving app or service handles that file under its own policies.

6. Your choices and contact

You can revoke photo and camera permissions in device settings, delete personal templates in Moacut, and clear app data. For privacy questions or requests concerning data you send us, contact privacy@axisix.studio. General app support: support@axisix.studio. If you email us, your email address and message are used to respond to your request.

7. Policy changes

Changes are published with a new effective date. Previous published versions remain available in the history. Material changes will be notified and renewed consent requested where required by applicable law. This policy does not promise a fixed notice period for every change.

Privacy Policy

[18%] Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 21, 2026

The 18% app (the "App") respects your privacy and is committed to handling device permissions and data transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how the App processes photos, videos, and device permissions used to provide its collage creation features.

1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

The App does not require account registration and does not collect or store personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, email address, or location through a server. To provide the core feature of creating photo and video collages, the App may request access to device permissions listed below.

Photos, videos, and other media files accessed through these permissions are processed only on your device. They are not uploaded, transferred, collected, or stored on external servers.

  • [Required/Optional] Photos and media access permission: Used to load photos and videos from your device gallery, place them into frames, and save completed collage results back to your device.
  • [Optional] Camera access permission: Used when you choose to capture photos or videos directly inside the App and add them to the canvas.

2. Purpose of Processing

Permissions and media access requested by the App are used only to provide the App's intended ratio editing and collage creation features. The App does not analyze or use media stored on your device for advertising targeting, marketing, or unrelated purposes.

3. Sharing or Outsourcing of Personal Information

Because the App does not transmit or collect your personal information or media data externally, it does not provide, share, sell, or outsource such data to external companies or third parties.

4. Retention and Use Period

The App does not store user data in a separate database or server. If you delete the App or revoke permissions in your device settings, the App's access to those data sources is immediately blocked. Files that you personally saved to your gallery remain on your device.

5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

You may revoke previously granted App permissions at any time through your device settings.

  • How to revoke permissions: Open your device settings > Applications/Apps > 18% > Permissions, then change allowed permissions such as Photos or Camera to "Deny." Some features, including importing and saving photos, may be limited if required permissions are revoked.

6. Privacy Contact

If you have questions about privacy or data handling while using the App, please contact us at the address below.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in applicable laws or App features. When the policy changes, the updated version will continue to be posted on this page.
